HARVESTING

Fruits grown by reliable farmers are carefully harvested at their optimal ripeness, ensuring maximum quality.

FLASH FREEZING

After harvest, the carefully selected fruits and vegetables are washed, cut, and quickly frozen. Quick freezing minimizes the loss of freshness, flavor, and nutritional value in the products.

FREEZE DRYING

In the freeze drying process, the ice molecules in the frozen products turn directly into gas without melting, leaving the product as water vapor (sublimation). The sublimation step, which takes place under low pressure and low temperature for about 24 hours, helps preserve the fresh structure and nutritional value of the products.

PACKAGING

The freeze dried products are placed into food grade, moisture barrier packaging in humidity and temperature controlled rooms. By packaging the products without exposing them to high moisture, the risk of spoilage and softening is eliminated.
