We hope you love your FURU Natural products, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Non-returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:

Products that have been opened, unsealed, or partially used

Products that have been stored incorrectly (e.g., exposed to moisture, direct sunlight, or extreme temperatures)

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a replacement is to return the original item and place a new order once your return has been approved.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
Returned items must be in their original, unused condition and include proof of purchase.
Please note that return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer, and opened or damaged food products cannot be returned.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
