All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation.
You will receive a notification email once your order has shipped.
During busy seasons or sales periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Delivery Issues
If your order is delayed, missing, or marked as delivered but not received:

Incorrect Address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
We cannot change or reroute an order once it has been dispatched.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, contact us immediately at info@furumarket.com with your order number and photos of the damaged packaging or products.
We’ll review your claim and provide a resolution as soon as possible.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For deliveries outside the UK, import duties and taxes may apply once your package arrives in your country.
